New proposed pricing changes — trying to understand what actually counts as Rovo credits

Hi,

We're on Jira Cloud Standard (123 users) and trying to figure out the new usage-based pricing before it starts on Dec 3. We ran some tests ourselves and want to check if we're understanding it correctly.

What we're using:

Claude connects to our Jira through the Rovo MCP server
Claude also has a separate Google Drive connector (not connected to Jira in any way)
When a ticket has a Google Doc linked to it, we ask Claude to open both — the ticket through Jira, and the doc through the separate Drive connector

What we noticed when we checked our Rovo credits usage:

Just opening a ticket, or searching for tickets — this did not cost any credits, even when we opened tickets from multiple different projects at once
A specific feature called "Teamwork Graph" (used to find how tickets connect to people, comments, other things) did cost credits — sometimes 0, sometimes 7-10, depending on what it found
Opening the Google Doc through our separate Drive connector did not show up anywhere in the credits list — seems completely free

What we want to confirm:

Does simply opening or searching tickets within Jira only (no other product involved) always stay free — even across multiple tickets, or multiple projects at once?
If we open a linked Google Doc using a totally separate tool (not going through Jira's "Teamwork Graph" feature), will that always stay free too?
We're also thinking about connecting Cursor (just for reading ticket data, nothing else). Will Cursor doing the same simple lookups also stay free, the same way Claude's lookups did? Or does it depend on something else?

Would appreciate if anyone from Atlassian or anyone who's tested this could confirm. Just trying to plan our usage limits properly before Dec 3.
