New User is not receiving the invitation email

Hi fellow Atlassians,

we have a new user that doesn't receive the invitation email.

From researching in the previous entries here in the community I think it's because the mailbox wasn't properly set up before we sent the initial invitation email.

I think I need an Atlassian supporter who can remove our users email from the service's suppression list, so we can successfully invite that user again.
