New User is not receiving invitations to join jira

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I'm a jira admin who's trying to add a new employee to our jira but they don't seem to be getting an invitation. I looked up similar issues that people faced and some said to wait for some time to receive it but I'd sent the invite yesterday and the employee should have received it in their email. I can confirm that their email receives all other types of email and there's nothing in their spam/junk folder.

 

We also tried signing up the employee via the atlassian site but she didnt get the invite that way either.
