New User Creation issue

Hi ,

Someone from my team sign-up through URL and not reeceived email for verification. 

and in Parallel admin also create user account, in that case also user did not get email. 

Please sugget.

@Harish Garg , cleaning up old unanswered questions here. Can you share the cause/solution? There are a number of possible reasons for this, e.g. email going to spam, notifications not set up correctly, etc.
