New SEN Key for our Jira Software renewal ?

We have Jira Software coming close to its expiry.

It looks as though we might have to purchase a new license (I.e with a new SEN number) as we don't have current portal access to access the existing license.

If we renew the software but receive a new license key associated with a new SEN, what are the implications (If any) if we apply the new license ?

Hi @Nath 

On a renewal of you license you will always receive a new license key and SEN.

This will have no implications on your running instance on a server.

This is just information that is needed by Atlassian to validate the license.
