When is the planned date for the new Jira cloud navigation?

Good day! I hope you are doing well 

I am Agam from the Atlassian Cloud Support Team. I will assist you with this support ticket.

From the initial description, I understand that you would like to enable a New UI for Jira instance. Please let me know if my understanding is correct here.

Admins can now sign up for Beta testing and choose to enable the new layout only in sandbox environments before it rolls out to production.

These changes are expected to be generally available (GA) after March 2025 for all Jira users, including production environments. In the initial phase of the rollout, opt-out will also be available to allow flexibility during the transition.
