New Jira issue view - show field description

We need to display the field description of a field in the new issue view

in the old issue view we can see the description of the field in the edit screen

How can we show the description of a field in the new issue view (e.g. Mouseover, Hover over the field)

This is an important feature for us as we need the description to provide instructions on how to fill out the field

When using the new issue view, currently, the description added to fields are not visible when editing an issue.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:

• Ability to view custom field description in the new issue view
