I'm the org admin for our Atlassian account. Our previous billing admin (a former employee) was removed as a product user but is still set as the billing admin and receiving billing emails. I've attempted to log in as him to transfer billing admin to myself, but his account has 2FA enabled on a device I don't have access to, and I don't have his recovery key. I am the current org admin. How do I get billing admin access transferred to my account?

ou need to contact the Atlassian Billing, Licensing, Pricing Support team to get help with getting a new Billing contact set up. You can do that through this page:
