Hi Tanisha! You actually wouldn't add Trello as an add-on the way you described. Even though it's an Atlassian product, you would access it separately at a Trello URL. You can sign in or sign up for Trello online (https://trello.com/signup) to create a board and then integrate it with your Jira Cloud instance using our Jira Cloud Power-Up.
Thank you for your response. Okay so I've done that and it shows that I am connected to my Jira Cloud instance. However, the test issues I created in Jira Cloud doesn't automatically appear in the Trello board. Is that how it should work? Is this a question for the Trello team maybe?
