Need to migrate a Jira Projects from Server to Cloud

I understand our client missed the cut off for Atlassian support for migrating our projects from their Server instance to our Cloud but does anyone know where to point me on the best way to handle.

(1) Can I use any app or tool to help us migrate from Server to Cloud?

(2) If not, what is the best way to export issues to include comments and attachments?

@Jacqueline Stanley Welcome! I think that the latest version of DC has the possibility to migrate to clod, maybe you can check that first.
