Need to change the status of more than 10 issue to the previous status

Hi Team, i have create a new workflow for Bug issue type , i havent given anything in the associate status and it moved all the issues  to OPEN - need to change it back. is there any way to do it!

My team has recently launched an option that helps to revert bulk changes for different fields, including statuses. It's available with Issue History for Jira. You can select any past change and revert it. Learn more about it here: Revert bulk changes

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

There is no simple "undo" button in Jira.

You could potentially create a filter to find those issue. Something like this might work:

status changed to "Open" after -5h

...where "-5h" is the number of hours prior to now when those issues were transitioned to Open by the change you made.

If other issues were intentionally changed to Open in that time frame those would also be in the results set, so review the results carefully.

After executing that filter you could use the Bulk Change option to transition issues in the results set to another status. You will have to explicitly select the new status - this process cannot automatically revert them to whatever status they were in previously.
