Need to be able to specify Date Format for each Language

Currently, there is NO way to specify a date format for different Language. There is only one general date format.

Eg: on the English page, date format could be: MMM dd, yyyy

But in French, the date format should be:dd, MMM yyyy

There need to a way to set the date format by language.
