Need to add users ( additional 6) in standard plan

Hi! Team,

I need add additional users( 6 users) to the Jira software and we are in Standard Plan. Jira software throws error on addition additional users and directs to upgrade the tier.

We need to just add 6 users for the Jira cloud

Let me know what is missing here

This is what it says it is - your 6 users are taking you up into the next tier.  You'll need to upgrade it to the next one, or deactivate some old users to make space.

If you go to this page:

..and expand the "What does a Jira Software Standard subscription cost?" question you will see a list of tiers for pricing. You will need to check your Billing page to see what tier you have purchased. As Nic said, you will then need to either upgrade to the next tier, or deactivate old users that no longer need access to be able to add more users.
