Need help with filters!

Clients want filters like "created by other PC users" and "credentials"? Can you help me? Thanks in advance!

Not sure what you mean by "PC users" or "credentials"?  How are they defined in your Jira?

If however, "PC users" just means "users", then try

creator != currentUser()

That will list all issues created by people other than the person running the filter.

Thank you for your answer. I will try your advice tomorrow. Can't say anything else. Clients wrote just "credentials". I am beginner, so I thought I just don't know about those "credentials". So, l will write them and discuss what they want.
