Hi all!
This is a similar issue to what I raised for the HuggingFace suite of open source small and large language models:

For our health care nonprofit we need to work with a variety of electronic health records for data management.
Each type of health record (e.g. epic.com or openehr.org or their subsidiary vendors) requires a different workflow with often hundreds of process points.
Has anyone solved this issue? So far GitHub projects is working okay but lacks the features that we need from Jira.
Grateful for any tips and pointers!
