Good morning, I need some assistance figuring out the JSON language needed to make Jira and our pay system communicate. I want to be able to say when a certain field is triggered in our pay system and is sent to Jira that it will consume the data and create a ticket automatically.
The Use:
We want users that have a employee change of status in our pay system rather its name, termination, or new hire to kick off a ticket to Jira and we want Jira to be able to see that change of status and create the ticket. Pay system is "Paylocity". I need to know how to program the webhooks for Jira to be able to integrate the two systems.
