Need help with Jira comment screen while doing transition

Hello Team,

We are using Jira "comment screen" when ticket is moving from one state to other.

But comment field is not behaving like other paragraph fields.

Ex: When i add some data and click bold or underline or try to change any style its not updating instantly. Instead wiki markup is showing. How to resolve this.

please check the below image. I entered "Hi" text and then select bold, underline and style.

This is usually expected behavior on the transition screen.

The Comment field there uses the wiki-style editor, so when you apply formatting like bold or underline, Jira can show the wiki markup first instead of rendering it immediately like a normal rich text paragraph field. Atlassian still documents that comments and rich-text fields can use the simple wiki editor/renderer.
