Need help with JQL

Hi All,

This is Siva and i was struggling to extract a report from JIRA with the following details. Can anyone please let me know, if it’s feasible to extract the below information.

1) Amount of time the ticket was pending for user information etc. (For ex: 4 times, Assignee changed the status to pending for user information, needs to get the exact count of this)
2) No of times the ticket was re-assigned within the resolver group.
3) No of incidents converted to Service request.
4) No of service request converted to Incident.
5) Ticket details – When the priority is changed(initial priority and changed priority).
