I need help with a JQL query to find out 2 dates

 

  1. Date when a ticket was marked to UNDER WORK/ IN PROGRESS
  2. Date when a ticket was marked DONE

Hi @Amitava Mallick ,

for #1 - OOTB JQL cannot find the dates when an issue entered a status as there is no field where this is recorded. For this to work you would need a field for each status and use Automation to record the date when the issue transitions. There are addon solutions that may work here and I suggest checking the Marketplace.

for #2 - you can use the Resolutiondate for this assuming you are setting the Resolution when an issue is marked as Done
