Need help to create a sub task for Test Scenarios and Test cases in Jira

hi 

We are using Jira and Zephyr for our project. adoption of Zephyr is in the early stage. Is it possible to create a sub task for the issue type " Test" so that we can easily create Test scenarios and Test cases under the parent issue type "Test".

I found an alternate way. I have disabled the issue type "Test" and created new issue types "Test- Scenario" and "Test-Case".

by this way , I can have segregate Test scenario and Test case and can also link the Test case to Test Scenario
