I need help restoring my Jira Cloud site:
tagami2000.atlassian.net
I previously had support ticket CA-3952464 regarding this issue.
In that ticket, I was asked to specify which deleted instance I wanted to restore by providing the URL.
However, when I replied with the site URL, I received an automated message saying that the ticket had already been archived and could not be reopened.
The site still shows:
"Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable."
If recovery is still possible, I would like to request restoration of this Jira Cloud site.
Please let me know if there is another support channel I should use, or if any additional information is needed from my side.
