Need help restoring Jira Cloud site after ticket CA-3952464 was archived

Hello,

I need help restoring my Jira Cloud site:

tagami2000.atlassian.net

I previously had support ticket CA-3952464 regarding this issue.
In that ticket, I was asked to specify which deleted instance I wanted to restore by providing the URL.

However, when I replied with the site URL, I received an automated message saying that the ticket had already been archived and could not be reopened.

The site still shows:
"Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable."

If recovery is still possible, I would like to request restoration of this Jira Cloud site.

Please let me know if there is another support channel I should use, or if any additional information is needed from my side.

Apologies for delay in our response!

I got the information from the CA team that they cannot reopen tickets that are already timeout. Also, they informed me that the site you referenced was deleted on Mar 04, 2026, and unfortunately can no longer be recovered.

Should you have further questions, feel free to create a new ticket via the support portal.
