Need help reactiviting site after inactivity

Hi, I need help from the community to raise a support ticket on my behalf to save my site "keen-app.atlassian.net" from being permanently deleted. Unfortunately our team experienced some personal issues which left us inactive for a long period and I was just too late to save the site, now as a free member I cannot even raise a ticket for myself to reactivate.

Any help you can offer would be appreciated, I'm more than willing to upgrade to a paid membership if it means not losing my data.
