We have been using Jira Cloud for about 8 years. we are being forced (company decision) to move from cloud to Platinum Jira and then subsequently to Enterprise Jira. Currently we are having an issue with migrating linked tickets as the new tickets created in platinum jira have different numbers, so any linked ticket is "lost". There is also a concern with bringing over attachments with existing tickets. Is there an easy way to migrate from cloud to Platinum/Enterprise? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by "Platinum" Jira? Do you mean an in-house Server or DC Jira? Or do you mean you want to go up to an Enterprise level Cloud subscription? (or both, as the Enterprise licence scheme means you can use a mix of many Cloud and/or DC installs)
