Need help for incorrect workflow for Epics Requirement Review/Sign Off issue

The workflow for Epic Requirement Review/Sign off should be the Simple Sign Off Workflow, not the Exploration.
The configuration is correct, but the workflow is falsely displayed on JIRA2.png1.png

It seems workflow changes are in Draft state. You need to publish that, then only changes will reflect.
