I have started using Jira to create a project for scheduling and documentation purposes. However, I am experiencing some difficulties with granting access to the appropriate team members, and I am not entirely sure how to manage permissions within the tool.

Leverage the free, on-demand training available from the Learning link at the top of the Community pages. You can search based on product, topic, and/or knowledge level.
Review the available documentation on managing user access and permissions.
Open a support case with Atlassian to ask for assistance addressing the specific problem you are encountering.
