Need directions on setting up incoming emails to public mailbox of my organization to be created as tickets on JIRA service desk.

Thank you for the suggestion.I tried that and I am running into issues.
At custom email address,I have filled helpdesk@myorganization.com
For authentication,I gave my company username and password.
Now the issue is ,the tickets are getting created using my personal mailbox and helpdesk@myorganization.com is a shared mailbox,it doesnt have any password associated which I can give to authenticate.
Please advise.
