Need advice removing organization admin

Hello, I am a site admin that needs help removing an organization admin from our free Jira Software instance. This user was the only organization admin, and has left our organization.

I am having difficulty finding a way to remove this account from our instance and replace it as organization admin. Is there anything I can do to remove this account?

You just need to deactivate their account if they no longer are in need.

Unfortunately, I am only a site admin, and this user has been the only organization admin on the account. As a result, neither I nor any other users on the account have permission to deactivate the account (or the ability to make ourselves org admins to gain that permission, for that matter).

We are using a free account, so we cannot create a Jira support ticket to help resolve this. Is there no solution?
