Need a report which has Estimates versus Actuals , work versus time and the defect density details

Could some one help to get a report pulled out of JIRA which gives the following

Estimates versus Actuals , For all done stories display 2 values

• Total Estimated Effort
• Total Actual Effort

Work versus time (For all Done Stories, and also for all Stories in QA, display two values:)

• % Project Duration Elapsed
• Total Estimated Effort of the Stories Done or in QA as a % of Total Estimated Effort for All Stories

Defect density 

• For all Done Stories, display one value:
• Defects per Hour Actual Effort Burned.
