Need a recommendation for a partner, atlassian expert, etc. to eval our Jira hierarchy

I'd like to have an Atlassian evaluation of our hierarchy.  I'm looking for a review of our set up and recommendations on issues we see as well as best practices.  Anyone have a recommendation they've used?
