Need a contact from Jira for Vendor Management Approval

I work for a subsidiary of a bank, and we need to have a Jira Contact to complete the Vendor Approval process. Please advise.

I would suggest you need to contact Atlassian about this. https://www.atlassian.com/trust is a good site to bookmark for all of the policy information about security and privacy and there is a contact us link at the bottom of the pages for Sales, who should be able to reach out to for specific questions.
