I don't think you need much on "storage capacity", assuming you mean Cloud (because for Server and DC, storage is entirely up to you and there's nothing to discuss), then Standard Cloud is limited to 250Gb per system (so if you subscribe to Jira and Confluence, you've got 500Gb), there's no hard stop if you run out, nothing stops working, you just may find Atlassian push you towards premium with its unlimited storage.
