Need Clone for testing

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Cloned instances FAQ

Can our Denovo.atlassian.com instance be cloned for about four weeks and made available to our developer to do testing?

That's not what cloning is for.

If you want a development/test Cloud instance, you need to buy another Cloud installation, export your production data and import it. (Or, download a backup for installation on your own Server version, but that will be quite different to a Cloud install)
