Navigation bar squished to the left after upgrade

Hello, I recently ran an upgrade from 8.8.0 to 8.12 and after the upgrade this happens to the navigation bar2020-09-29 21_56_15-System Dashboard - North Dakota Attorney General - Work - Microsoft​ Edge Beta.png

Is there any thing I can do to fix it?
