Navigating from Issue to Agile Board throws with an timeout error

Hi All,

There is an Error while i am trying to Navigate from Issue to Agiel Board, It throws me with an error stating as

Communications Breakdown

"The call to the JIRA server did not complete within the timeout period. We are unsure of the result of this operation.

Close this dialog and press refresh in your browser"

@Sateesh Chandra , @Peter Van de Voorde : We are using jira 6.3.13 and application is standalone hosted on Linux Box.

Hi Akash, Did you check the error logs.If yes, can you provide here.And what are versions of Jira and Jira agile.
