NOT appear the Exclusion Rule in Plan Settings

I want to show workitems which past more than 30 days after were completed in my plan, so I try to change the default setting but I couldn't find the exclusion rule in plan settings.

Hi

Go to your plan settings > Work in your plan

Select Removed work items tab, view rule in the first card, then you can define the rule.
