I accidentally started a Premium trial for Grok-Digital-Team | E-44K-GXV-RXJ-XXX on site <removed for privacy>. I've requested cancellation but it's pending for 30 days. Please cancel it immediately and revert my site to the Free plan. My team members are unable to access Jira due to this. I want to cancel any subscription and revert it back to free and enable the board access to the team,

Since this is a public forum, I've removed your site URL from this post for privacy. I checked internally and noticed that the Jira subscription on your site is deactivated, which is why you must have lost access to the Jira boards.

Upgrading to Premium in Jira does not remove board access.
Are you users currently still have access to jira? If yes, what exact error message are your users seeing when trying to access the board?
Ask your organisatikn administrator to check your site status in the admin hub.

You organization admin can mangage the subscription and change the subscription to free again.
