I am needing the functionality of MS Project for dependencies and date shifting inside of JIRA for gantt charting. Is there a plugin out there you have experience with that you can share?

@Donna Benton I would recommend BigPicture. I have used it on major projects to keep everything aligned and it has worked really well. You can download the trial and test it out.
