Hello @Alejandro Stacul

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Are you sure that you are logged in to the system with the same credentials that are granted the permissions?

Have you tried the same thing in another browser app, or a private browser window? Sometimes the browser caches identity information such that even if you enter the correct credentials in the Atlassian login screen a different identity that is cached in your browser may be passed through to Atlassian instead.

Thank you for that additional information.

How are you attempting to access the space when you get the message in your first image? Are you using a saved bookmark or clicking a link saved somewhere else? Can you share with us the URL that is displayed in your browser?

It is possible that if you are using a link directly to a board or backlog, that board may have been deleted.

For the second image that is posted what do you see in the navigation panel on the left while the list of issues is displayed on the right? Do you see the space name listed on the left? Does it have an arrow you can click to expand options below it to see the list of associated boards? Can you provide a screen image?

Hello @Alejandro Stacul

Thank you for those additional images.

The post tags for your Question indicate you are using a Free subscription. Is that correct? Or are you using a Standard or Premium subscription?

what UI element are you clicking on that results in the error message shown in the second image?

From the third image you provided I can tell that you are accessing a Team-managed Software space/project.

Can you confirm that the email in the third image is the email you use to login to Jira?

At this point I am not seeing anything that would account for the permission you are experiencing. I recommend that you contact Atlassian Technical Support through the link below. You can grant them access to your instance, and they have access to back end information to investigate this problem more. In this community we are customers of Atlassian, like you, and don't have access to your system or the backend information.

If you are on a Standard or Premium subscription then you should be able to open a support case here:

¿Puedes confirmar que el correo electrónico que aparece en la tercera imagen es el que utilizas para iniciar sesión en Jira?
