NATO portal - Oracle Sourcing

Can you please help me with access to exporting the table data in the negotiations? I get this error:

Access to the requested URI has been blocked by the URL Firewall.

When I look at the different RFQ I would like to export it in a Excel file.

You will need to talk to your IT team. It looks like a firewall / security rule that is preventing this action.
