My workspace is not working: sigsa.atlassian.net

I need to know why I cannot access to my work. I need to activate again, please! Thanks

Hi @Pedro Martinez ,

Thank you for your post. This is the community and we haven't access to that site.

I can see that the site is unavailable, if free probably has been expired for inactivity.

I have reported your issue to Atlassian official support,

Hello @Pedro Martinez ,

Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)

I checked in the backend and would like to inform you that this site had Confluence which was suspended due to inactivity on 27 August 2024, and Jira which was suspended due to inactivity on 17 January 2025. The site is deleted as free sites get deleted after 14 days of deactivation/suspension
