Hi @SamiraKhalili ,

Instead of struggling with limited Jira reports, try the gadgets offered by our Great Gadgets app. One of the many gadgets that this app offers is the Team Velocity gadget that works with any type of estimates (story points, tracked time, etc), is highly configurable and offers more info than the Jira report.

The app offers also a Kanban Velocity gadget that you can use if you don't have sprints.

This app is a complete solution for tracking agile projects in an efficient manner. Have a look over the articles from our blog for make a better idea.

If you need any help in configuring these gadgets, please contact us at support@stonikbyte.com.

Thank you,

Hello @SamiraKhalili and welcome ~ I answered a similar question earlier today (ref:  https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Velocity-showing-no-data/qaq-p/2475222#M289329).

You can only measure velocity for Scrum-based projects.  You need to complete at least one sprint (on your Scrum board) to show any meaningful velocity data.  Confirm that you have Story Points added to your completed issues in the sprint and that your board is configured to use Story Points as the Estimation Statistic.  If that doesn't help you, can you provide more information (i,.e. a screenshot of what you are seeing)?
