My user is not a member of the workspace I create

Hello

I'm trying to create a new workspace and start working in jira (Jira prompts me to create workspace when I open it). After workspace is created, I try to open it, but I see the message that {email} doesn't have access to xxx.atlassian.net.

But If the creator/owner doesn't have the access - who does? I now have two workspaces hanging somewhere without any clue on how to access them. There's basically no useful answers from atlassian AI chat bot. How do I restore access to JIRA? How do I use it if every workspace I create end up being inaccessible for me?

Hello @Андрей Кондауров

Are you working with a Free subscription, a trial of a Standard or Premium subscription, or paying for a Standard or Premium subscription?

Did you start this subscription yourself?

Are you able to click on the gear icon near your avatar and select the Spaces option?

If so, do you see there the names of the spaces you created?

Hello, @Trudy Claspill

This is the account I used very long ago, so I believe I have no paid subscriptions or trials going.

I can't go into spaces, because when I'm clicking "try jira" it asks me to create a site, when I'm creating a site - I'm not able to access it per problem described in the initial post.

I do not see anything jira-related in admin.atlassian.com as well. If I try to add jira through admin panel - issue is basically the same.

Hello @Андрей Кондауров

Thank you for the additional information.

Before your recent attempt to use Jura, when was the last time you accessed your Jira Data?

Atlassian reserves the right to deactivate Free subscriptions where there is no activity for an extended period of time. Prior to deactivation they send multiple emails to the Organization Admins for the site warning that deactivation will occur. They send another email when the deactivation actually occurs, warning that the data will be permanently deleted.

If it has been 4 months or longer since you accessed your data then it has likely been permanently deleted. In that case the data cannot be recovered and you will have to create a new site and start from scratch.

The last thing you can do to check for your old site is to login to https://admin.atlassian.com If you are the admin of an Organization that will enable you to see if there is still a no active subscription under the Billing section.
