My test cases are created but they are not showing up when I go to create a test cycle

I have created test cases from my user stories and executed them. I want to add them to a test cycle, however, when I click on the Zephyr scale icon to create a test cycle, none of my test cases are showing up for me to select.

Christina, Did you ever get an answer to this? I am facing same issue. Created test case in Enterprise Jira cloud but test case does not appear in Zephyr Scale.
