My team cannot see our active sprints board?

Hi

Im wondering if anyone could help me figure this out. We have a sprint board created which pulls in the backlog from multiple projects. For me (admin) I can see everything (See screen1.png) but my team of dev and designers cannot see the the active sprint board(see screen2.png).

We recently upgrade from Core to Software and Im wondering if the issue is something to do with that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

It can be a permission issue. Go to your board configuration and see the filter . The filter needs to be shared with all the members who want to see the board.

So a user should have permission on the filter for seeing the board.
