My Jira/Confluence site (https://oortuno.atlassian.net) shows the message "Page unavailable" with this info:

Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.
Please check Atlassian Status for known problems.
If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team.
Is this a technical issue? Has it been deactivated? Can I recover it again?

There have been many post on the community around related issues on deactivated sites and what to do if you are on a free plan.

My recommendation is to just follow the advice given.
