My shared space got deactivated

I was away from Atlassian.com for long time and in the process the shared space that I created got deactivated.  Could you please help me on how to activate it?

Hello @Sendil Kumar 

If you had a free subscription and nobody logged in to it for 120 consecutive days then the subscription would've been deactivated. The Organization Admins and Site Admins would've received emails to alert them this would occur and more emails when it actually happened.

 

If you had only free subscriptions to products on that site then 15 days after deactivation the data would've been permanently deleted. It would no longer be recoverable.

If it is possible for you to reactivate it, you can do so by following this document:

https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription/

Otherwise contacting the billing team as @Prachi Bolar advised is the way to proceed.

if your products are deactivated on this site, kindly reach out to the atlassian billing team here : https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing?#/

They would be able to activate it and check further
