My plan hasn't been renewed and can't see the ongoing tasks in the projects

Hi Community,

I am not able to view my current projects and stories in my Jira account. It says that the plan hasn't been renewed and when I go to the billing section, it doesn't show any CTA/action to update the same. My role is organisation admin but I am not able to manage users or projects as of now.

Do you know who the billing contacts are? They are the people who can amend/renew your subscription.

No, the directory tab is showing only my name as org admin.
