My name is getting auto-removed (in 5 mins) from the members access list of a new project I joined

Hi Folks,

I have been using Jira for 5-6 months in my last project and everything worked fine but now since I joined new project, admins are having trouble adding me to give access. They add me, I am able to access for literally 5 mins and then it goes away. When admin checks the list of all the members who have access to that project, my name gets auto removed! HE adds again, it works for 5mins and goes again!

Can someone help me here with any suggestions to resolve this issue?

There are only two things that could be doing this.

A project admin is removing you, or an administrator has written a script or app that removes you. You need to find the person responsible and ask them to stop doing it.

Are you on server or cloud?
Do jira members come from an active directory?
How do project memberships are given?
Did your project admin take a look at the logs?
