My login stays just with me - I can't see any of our projects or other people

Hello, Good day. Whether you were able to access the projects earlier?, What you do see when you select all projects?

Also make sure you are logged in with correct user account (you can check the user account on top right corner)

I only have one login.

Thanks for the response @Victoria Kluth . Other users are able to access the project fine?

1. What is shown when you select view all projects from left side panel?

2. Are you able to create new work item?

Right now - it has me as a new person and trying to set me up as a new company with my same login.

But, my team is still trying to send me things, again, using my only email address and they aren't coming ot me.  It is like there are two records of me with the same email address.

You can see in these pictures - 
Picture 1 is setting me up as a new user in Confluence.
Picture 2 shows me as a user in our team group.
