My issue types not showing in one of my team managed boards except the Story. How do I activate?

The issue types available show on my project setting page. I can create child issues in the backlog but no other issue types are available other than 'epics' and 'stories'.

Can you show us the project settings displays that shows the available issue types?

What type of issue are you trying to create that you are not being able to create?
